His career highlights include pivotal roles in multiple startups, where he contributed to a successful IPO and a private equity acquisition. Greg has extensive expertise in building and managing large pre-sales teams, overseeing complex client implementations, and supporting Fortune 500 accounts with tailored strategic guidance.
Greg’s passion for developing high-performing teams drives his approach to sales enablement, revenue operations, customer success, and customer experience strategy. As he puts it, “There is nothing more satisfying than helping an organization align people, processes, and technology to exceed our goals.”
Mike Milburn has over 15 years of experience managing post-sale functions for SaaS companies, leading teams of 5-50 in areas like Implementation, Managed Services, Training, and Support. He developed a white-glove service model for high-value accounts ($5-25m in revenue) to foster strong, long-term client relationships.

Arturo brings 25 years of enterprise software experience across different company stages and markets. He has led several GTM organizations in the U.S. and abroad at companies like Microsoft, Humu, and Medallia (IPO). Most recently, Arturo was a Partner in Residence at The Cole Group, the leading tech GTM Executive Search firm in Silicon Valley. Arturo holds a B.S. in Engineering and Computer Science from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico.
