The Challenge

Superside’s primary objective was to create and convert Enterprise pipeline. They partnered with Budburst to understand their go-to-market maturity and what initiatives needed priority in order to build a true enterprise sales motion.  Budburst used our proprietary diagnostic to recommend key work streams needed to achieve their goals.

The Solution

  • 10 Recordings analyzed: Evaluated prospect and customer calls to gauge delivery of value proposition, hear directly from customers, and identify gaps in conversion and upsell.
